Description

Bottle. Clear lemon gold with a thin head. Fruity hop, lots of sugar with a fruity bitterness. A bit light for a double.

33cl bottle pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a fairly tight near white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up bitter lime and lemon citrus notes as well some floral hops around the edges. It seems to be brimming with a bitter hoppy aroma with some faint cracked dry malt maltiness in the background. The taste is pleasingly bitter with hops where a mild degree of sweet malts binds this together. Like the nose I’m getting lemon to lime to grapefruit citrus hop bitterness sweetened a bit by malts and then rolling into some bitter hop floral notes. All these flavors come to together nicely for this IPA. Good stuff.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hops, caramel, alcohol, and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear deep golden with a white head. Sweet fruity nose, a spicy hoppiness - a whiff of Sorachi Ace? Medium body, sweet caramellish malts and a light bitterness. A decent drinker, but certainly not a Double IPA! 040213
