Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Amber colour, mediumsized fluffy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral wooden and grassy hops along with some mild sweet maltyness. Flavour is strong fruity hops along with some sweet sugary and malty notes. Big bitterness in the finish.

bottle from kappldav123, thank you! Deep brown, black colour, brown creamy head. Slightly sweet aroma of roasetd malts, with leather and tobacco. Full-bodied, intensive malt flavours with lots of roasted malts, earthy flavours and dried dark fruit, leather, tobacco, bitter chocolate. Lingering finish with a pleasant hoppy bitterness. Delicious.

Smell of licorice, pepper and coffee. Black with dark brown head. Hits with a surprisingly watery start. Aroma of roast, some coffee. Aftertaste heavily coffee.

bottle from kappldav. Clear golden colour, mid-sized creamy white head. Hoppy aroma with tropical fruit and slightly resiny. Full-bodied, bitter-sweet, malty base with lots of resiny hops and flavours of tropical fruit, slightly citrusy. Very nice.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of rosted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a deep black with a beige head. Tart coffeeish aroma. Medium body, heavy burned malts - bordering astringent. Quite fruity - prunes. Minerally with a malt bitter finish. If not bad as such it’s clearly not a style the brewer is all too familiar with. 200612

33 cl bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted sark malty, breadish and light liqourice. Thick malty, almost tarish, dark roasted, liqourice and dark breadish malty. Light salty to minerally, dark finish.

3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok. SZÁ: IPAtime!!! Ismét repülőre szálltunk és Propellerezünk. Még szembeszéllel szemben is. Ez például ékes díszköve az újonnan felfedezett Hopláger irányzatnak. KS: Jól mondod, visszafogott IPA.

3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok. SZÁ: Egy éjszakai repülésre visszatértünk a fesztre. Nézzük is mibe botlottunk. Jó kis érett cseresznye kávés beütéssel. Imperial ez a stout. KS: Olyan amerikai kávés, tudod milyen az: amolyan bő lére eresztett, beszélgetős. Olajos is, de lehetne egy kicsit testesebb.
