On tap at The Local. Pours slightly cloudy mellow yellow. Citric cruity aroma, tropical. Pineapple aroma. Physically quite an aggressive texture from the carbonization, overtoning the aroma.

Bottle. Clear amber with an inch of white head. Aroma of various citrus fruits and sticky bread. Grapefruit, oranges and lime all pretty obvious. Some peach in the taste too and the bread gets a bit towards biscuit unfortunately. Fairly sweet, medium bodied, nice slightly creamy texture. Fairly bitter with a little pepper coming through at the end too. Good. Maybe caught it a bit late.

330ml bottle into glass. Aroma is wheaty banana, a little spicy. Cloudy but effervescent. Very thin film of foam. Taste is watery, insipid. Finish is creamy banana. Not bad.

500ml bottle into pint glass. Nice pepper malt nose. Mahogany red colour with foamy tan head. Taste is slight sweetness followed by intense but short bitterness. Well made & authentic bitter.
