Bottle at level 42. It pours clear bright gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, grassy, pine, lemon verbena, grainy and custard cream. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, pine, lemon verbena, minerals, peppery spice and grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Alright.

Bottle split at the level 42 tasting, from a CA Bootle Shope, 09/03/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is caramel, pine, leafy hop, grass, pine. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, pine, leafy hop, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Solid enough IPA.

Draft - Lots of bourbon, raisin and molasses. Jet black with a decent brown head. Sweet bourbon, lots of wood, raisin and a bit of heat on the throat. Lots of bourbon, but nice.
