500ml Bottle. Thin copper color, decent head. Very faint aroma of fruit with some amber malts and caramel. Flavor also very light, caramel, amber malts, a touch of cardboard. Decent hop bitterness in the finish, though. Rather thin and light. Not bad, really, but probably the least interesting German-made altbier I have tried to date. A disappointment. Actually, it got really boring by the end of 500 ml!

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy copper colour, minimal head. Soapy papery nose. medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Cardboardy, stone dead malt character thinly covered if toffeeish banana extract and molasses. Neither refreshing nor rewarding. An unpleasant experience.

Draught: Poured a golden to copper color with an off white head. The aroma seemed malty and woodsy. The taste is metallic and bittery hops.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep golden orange with a fluffy, slowly collapsing and light orange head. Aroma is mild corn fruity and of malt. Flavour starts light sweetend with a biscuit like malt note and a mild bitterness following. Medium dry and slowly building bitter finish. Clean and crisp.
