Bottle. Moderate hops and malt aroma. Reddish-amber color with moderate fine head. Slightly sweet and roasted malt flavor with mild hops finish. The best beechwood aged beer I’ve had.

Bottle. Slightly sour and strange (soy?) aroma. Brown/reddish colour. Flavour is fruity but definitely not flowery. Nice bitterness. Probably a good session beer.

(draught) Typical clear-ambar ale; good, not large off-white head, leaving fine lace. Overwhelming nose of vanilla, and at the verge of... vomit (sorry). "Perfumed" for the vanilla - rotten for the rest. Cookies & caramel as well. Taste is again vanilla-perfumed, bitterish at the end, breaking off most of the unpleasant reminiscences, and renuwing some others. There’s some hops lurking underneath. Some caramel. Medium bodied at best. Weird beer. The nose was off-putting, jeopardising the rest - which is rather OK.

Bottle (nice and original by the way): Poured a copper beer with an average white head and average retention. Aroma is comprised solely of some malt. Taste is a bit bland with some low roasted malt and some bitterness at the end. I could not detect any of the supposed beech wood aging though. Overall, nice refreshing beer lacking some complexity.

Pours a nice copper colour with a off white head, very nice. Aroma... caramel malts with a slight scent of citrus. Slight earth aroma. Initial sip is very smooth with loads of malty goodness. Caramel and molasses flavours. Has a nice soft carbonation to it. Ends with slightly bitter sweet flavours and the malt lasts....Very good!

The aroma is sweet, malty, slightly perfumated, and with notes of bread. The color is a clear light amber with a fine but fast disappearing head. Tasting the beer, the first thing that hits is a lively carbonation running across the tongue before a nice sweet malt blend hits with notes of aroma hops. It ends on a nice bitterness coming more from the malts than from the hops. A rather simple beer.

Amber-coloured. Easy to drink. Palm-like. Delicious after some bad german pilseners.

Bottle
Cracker malt, heather and herbal hops. Amber, low creamy head. Spicy onset, lightfooted malt, vanishes into nothing after a small herbal hop hump.
