Description
At the Frome Brewing (previously Milk Street) Company we work with an extremely talented and knowledgeable team of brewers. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality beers and we're not going to send anything out of our doors that we wouldn't want to drink ourselves. We do like to experiment - but more importantly, we're all about balancing delicate flavours to produce easy drinking beers.

In other words... "it's all about the beer!"

Brewing takes place up to five times a week, with malt from Warminster, hops from Charles Faram and our very own yeast. Our yeast, which is a similar strain to Youngs, is particularly versatile. Our beers are all vegan (but they're not gluten free).

Cask-conditioned at the WG Grace (JDW), Bristol 27/8/2024 as Frome Tarantula Juice at 5.5%. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Floral hop aroma, pineapple and tangerine fruits, some herbal greenery in the background, biscuity malts and a moderately dry finish. Good, stringer version of the same brewery's 4.8% Rise of the Independents.

Monday 25th September 2023, Shrewsbury Gathering in Chez Sophie, 5 blokes and loads of beer. Cheers Mat for the 330ml can of this: BB 31st December 2024. Mark's wife supplied the Lemon Meringue Pie to go with this. The beer was a misty pale golden colour with a white head. It's a gentle beer with a citrusy flow from the Yuzu's, all a bit subtle compared to the Pie!
