Description

Hazy bronze colour, moderate off-white head. Splendid aroma with all possible fruit esters, dark malts, yeast in its best shape. Medium body. The taste is as good as the smell. Malty, vinous, nutty, yeasty, fruity. Light to medium bitterness on ending. Highest class brew.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine beige persistente, colore rubino scuro, al naso malto spezie lieviti e banana, in bocca malto spezie frutta candita, carbonatazione decisa, corpo rotondo, amaro moderato, alcool un pò accentuato. Molto simile alla sorella Blond, decisamente Trappista.

Bottle. Clear yellow with shades of orange. Good head. Aroma of orange peels. Taste is malty, bitter oranges and slightyl sour and sweet. Lemons, apples and belgian yeast. Finish shows alcoholic warmth. Strong carbonation. Kind of creamy. Makes me think of a Campari-Witbier-Cocktail...Lovely.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine chiara media persistenza, color oro velato, al naso malto spezie lieviti e banana, in bocca malto spezie e mela matura, carbonatazione decisa, corpo leggero, amaro moderato e ben bilanciato con l’alcool. Nonostante la gradazione si beve bene. Indiscutibilmente una Trappista

Pours hazy (light) brown with a minimal, lasting, off-white head. The aroma contains roasted malts, yeast, caramel, dried fruits, spices, all very subtle. It tastes light to medium spicy bitter and light malty & caramelly sweet. Medium body, slick to creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. A ’sympathetic’ and modest Trappist. (Edited 7/5/18)
