Can, from City Beer. Pours cloudy lemon yellow with small frothy off-white head, faint acidic aroma, medium carbonation, medium sour lime taste, smooth body, longish finish. Quite well balanced.

16 ounce can. Hazy honey gold color. Frothy beige head. Sharp grapefruit aroma. Bittersweet citrus flavor. Notes of grapefruit, lime, white pepper, clover and pine. Boozy notes in finish.

Can pour from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is hazy yellow with no sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with decent retention and leggy lacing. Aroma is light citrus fruit/melon, tart fruit, slightly herbal, mild piney dank, yeasty. Taste is surprising pineapple notes and melon, very mild herbal and pine, transitioning to mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and dry, lightly sweet but mostly bitter finish. Overall, a decent one-hop offering and seems to get some range out Simcoe.

16 oz. can. Canned on 2/11/20. Bright hazy yellow. Aroma is lime zest and lemon juice. Flavor has the lime, lemon, and vanilla. Vanilla from milk sugar. Sweet and sour balanced. What the brewer intended.

16 oz. can. Mildly hazy gold. Aroma shows faint orange peel, weak malt. Flavor is really weak with a thin body. Mild orange is all I get. Watery texture.

Bomber pours very dark brown with rich tan head. Full body. Coffee and roasted malt with dark fruit aroma. Chocolate raisin with licorice taste, sweet alcohol finish. Really good.

Well stored bottle. Clear amber body with a medium sized tan head. Aroma of caramel malt, dry fruit and mild, pleasant oxidation. Taste is sweet caramel malt, dry fruit, raisins, smooth oxidation and balanced bitterness. Fine body, long aftertaste. Smooth and nice, tasty brown ale.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a bit of a green note? Maybe I’m imagining things. Definitely lime and a bit of vanilla in the nose, lacto creamy sourness in the mouth. Pretty much tastes like a very sour piece of key lime pie. Good beer.
