Heretic Brewing Company
Microbrewery
in Fairfield,
California,
United States 🇺🇸
Associated Venue: Heretic Brewing Company
Established in 2011
We started by sharing a building with another brewery in 2011, but we always brewed our beer ourselves. Within the first six months we realized there wasn’t enough space for two breweries in one building, so we began the search for a new place. By 2013, we had built a new, modern brewery in the wonderful city of Fairfield, California and moved all our operations there, including our new distillery.

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours translucent gold with a large creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is very mango. Med body. It's fruity/juicy mango, but not very sweet. Moderately bitter. Lactose is discernible. The feel is more like a citrus hopping, but the flavor has no citrus at all. Quite different.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Aroma is juicy and tropical. Med body. Flavor is somewhat dank, and rather juicy fruit where citrus is the leader. It’s towards dry, and it’s nicely bitter. Good stuff.

Pint can at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, dank, big resin, burnt toffee, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average carbonation. Big on alcohol but well under control and it doesn’t dominate.

Pint can at Farmers Bar, Subang Parade, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big lime. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a light, crisp, juicy tart lime, super light salty palate. Pretty one dimensional really. Refreshing in a hot climate and that’s where it ends.
