Clear pale straw, very light in color. Small head. Soft wheat, watery, light zesty, coriander maybe, cucumber, kiwi. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Over light bodied. Quite thin and light but not bad.

Dorée/pale-paille, col blanc fin crémeux.
Arôme est sur une base tout autant classique belge d’une blanche assez solide – petite note épicée fraiche avec un léger parfum fruité – malté en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur une approche belge classique de blanche – bonne rondeur de froment avec une fine douceur de fin de bouche – pointe de coriandre, le tout est léger un peu effet ‘watery’.

330ml bottle from Page 24. Pours a hazed amber, good off-white head. Soft amber malt with allusions to coffee, ryebead, stodgy Irish cake, soft touch on the palate.. decent ambrée overall.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso rimanda allo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e spezie.

Bottle at 6e Noordelijk Kerst- en Winterbierenfestival, Hoogeveen. Aroma is buttery, toffee, malt, biscuit. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Ridiculous beer, this buttery mess has nothing to do with IPA.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara e mandarino.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, sourish cold coffee, moderate roast, touch of cocoa. Flavour is slightly sourish and light bitter. Body is light, watery, way overcarbonated. Like a ’Stout extract’, it’s so weak and watery.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is malt, spicy yeast, strong floral notes, some ripe fruits, with a touch of citrus. Flavour is above medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Sweetish but well-rounded with some nice floral and yeasty notes.

From bottle at Bierfestival Groningen 2017. Aroma is strong vanilla, oak, dark malt, Bourbon, lots of barrel notes and a touch of chocolate. Flavour is sweet. Body is medium to full. Damn, total barrel takeover, nice and sweet, lots of vanilla and Bourbon.
