5 oz pours at Mugs Belgian Blast (I had to have a few). Pours with absolutely no head or lacing at all. Looks like gelatin its so still. Golden color. A strong aroma and what I get most is lambic sour apple. Imagine the Lindemans Pomme but not so gay. Or more like a real sour tart beer with strong hints of granny smith apples. Also get something thats like a rotting yeast producing some nice sourness and moldy bread. NICE. A very syrupy mouthfeel, surprising and not that liked. Taste is similar. Dont feel as much brett as I would expect.

Tap at Mugs Ale House Belgian Blast - this one seemed to be the most sought-after beer of the event, and for good reason - pretty much perfectly still, with a few large bubbles around the edges - mild funk in the aroma, but oak and white grapes are what come through the most - the flavor isn’t so much sour as it is tart and tannic - this beer picked up A LOT of the chardonnay’s characteristics - some damp oak coming through - I went back for several glasses of this.

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander, oranges, and bread. The flavor is sweet malty combined with a dry spicyness. The body is thin. I’m not very impressed.

Thanks to droopy49 for this one. Pours fairly clear, light golden in color, with a large, lasting, tight white head. Fruity aroma. Slightly sour like an apple cider cellar. Some leather. Very complex and agreeable aroma. The flavor starts with some sweetness which is quickly overcome by a slightly acidic tartness that finishes dry and then turning spicy. I really liked the playfullness of this beer. The flavors and aromas are complex, yet this is light and very drinkable. Well done.

"Draft". Golden amber beer with a little white head. Great tart aroma with some fruitiness. Dry, tart flavor with some good earthiness. It was called "Temptation with some watermlon" and I agree. There;s good brett with some added fruitiness.
