Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with thick, frothy, white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, bread. Flavors all follow. Very clean, crisp mouthfeel. Strong hop bitterness in the finish. Great stuff.

500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of bright pine, juicy melon, and biscuit malts on the nose. Flavour has crisp pine, fresh melon, and biscuit malts. Good carbonation. Fantastic IPA.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose has a nice bright hop tang, some green melon, and a touch of candied character. Flavour is not that obviously a NZ hop bomb—there’s some hop tang, citrusy hops, light, pine, and a biscuity malt. Not as much of a hop explosion as I hoped, but it’s a clean, well-constructed IPA. Good but underwhelming for Russian River.

510mL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. The nose is dank with nice tangy NZ hop expression and some light citrus notes. Flavour has a dank oily character throughout, bitter citrus peels, a bit of tang. It's very nice, but the hop expression leaves something to be desired.

A classic but subtle DIPA. Fresh and zesty grapefruit and orange hops blended perfectly with soft, sweet malt. Extremely clean and refreshing finish.
Wish it was a clear Russian River IPA beer.
