Clear light gold pour. The aroma is flowery with apples. The flavor is dry and flowery with honey more apparent in the lightly sweet finish. It’s very different and quite tasty.

This is definitely a dry cider. It tastes just slightly sweet with a light, gentle apple flavor. Clean and lightly tart. It’s mild, a bit more so than I’d prefer, but fairly good.

Cloudy dull gold color. The aroma is more boozy than the average, the mouthfeel as well; some aroma of apples, some glue too. Sweet, not syrupy, it has a sharp level of acidity, flavor of fresh apple juice, followed by a bit of toffee and stewed apples, and a hint of cinnamon.
Nice and boozy drink, but not nearly as good as the Canadian ones.

Hazy golden color. Some apple aroma, but like the other McClure’s Ice Cider this one as well has some glue. Moderately sweet, moderately sour, with apple juice flavor, and a mild bitterness; not too boozy; in the final there is some astringency, unexpected in Ice Ciders, but pleasant.
Nice, but its flavor profile is midway between a good cider and an Ice Cider.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out blackberries upfront, along caramel, treacle toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is delicious, with loads of caramelized apples, treacle toffee and some blackberries. Complex as hell, with an impeccable balance of berries and caramelized apples. Phenomenal.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is very rich, with lots of caramelized apples, toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is complex as hell, with loads of treacle toffee, caramelized apples and brown sugar. Elegant as hell. One of the best non-Canadian ice ciders I've ever had. Phenomenal.
