sampled at the cidery - This interesting take on cider has an aroma of bourbon with apples in the background. It tastes of sweet apples and assertive bourbon. The alcohol is noticeable but not strong. This cider is full flavored and very good. I took a bottle home.

sampled at the cidery - Pours cloudy pale green with a flowery, apple aroma. The hops give it a nice mild bitterness to go with the apples. It’s light to medium bodied and seems to be lightly carbonated. Quite good.

sampled at the cidery last fall - This cider smells of green apples and some alcohol. It has a dry taste with apples and a little maple sweetness. It finishes dry and overall is fairly good but I liked some of the others more.

sampled at the cidery last fall - This one smells of honey and apples. That kind of goes without saying given the ingredients, yes? It tastes of tart apples that are rather dry. This is balanced out by sweet honey. Some alcohol lingers in the dry finish. Good.

sampled at the cidery last fall - Sweet apples dominate the aroma of what turns out to be a tart and fairly dry tasting cider. It’s light bodied and could use a bit more heft. This one’s alright but I’m not crazy about it.

sampled at the cidery last fall - This cider has an aroma led by bourbon with the apples coming in under it. It has an equally assertive bourbon flavor with tart apple blending well with it. Light to medium bodied. Quite good.

Bottle. Nutmeg, red hot cinnamon, and apple aroma. Extremely pale yellow. Sweet apple juice with primarily nutmeg notes but also hints of cinnamon. Very pleasant.
