Tap at orchard tasting room. Fresh apple and green jalapeno aroma. Clear golden yellow with a minimal head. Green jalapeno and fresh apple flavor, absolutely no spicy heat, just pure green jalapeno flavor. Light body, dry finish. Apple pepper combo worked surprisingly well.

tap at OktoBeerfest in Ft Wayne in 2012 - Pours hazy pale green with minimal head. It has a tart green apple aroma. It mildly sweet as it hits the tongue then the tartness kicks in and it finishes somewhat dry. It’s a good, refreshing cider. Rerated in 2022 - clear gold pour with a small fizzy head. Nice apple aroma with a musty character. The flavor is definitely on the dry side. The apples shine through nicely. 3.5 Averaged ratings for 3.4 total.

tap at OktoBeerfest in Ft Wayne - Pours pale hazy green with no head. It smells of green apples and cinnamon. The flavor is of tart sour apples and fairly mild cinnamon. It’s light bodied and quite decent though personally I wasn’t that into the candy cinnamon flavor. Fortunately it wasn’t strong.
