Description
Our brewery is a two minute walk from the sea front and promenade in Morecambe. The building, which dates back to the 1800's, was once part of Morecambe's thriving fishing industry and is situated on the site of the old Morecambe market in the Poulton district of Morecambe.

Our main brewhouse, is a modern 2 vessel system from Brewiks of Slovenia, capable of brewing 650 litres. Each vessel has dual purpose.
Alongside this we have 3 pressurised fermenters. Additionally, we also have our pilot brewery capable of 140 litres with two SS Brewtech unitanks, we use this brewery for special small batches, experimentation and recipe development.

Initially a first floor brewpub based in at The Old Stables, Bulk Street, Lancaster, LA1 1PU, the brewery first brewed in early 2018. During March 2021, they opened a second site in Morecambe. In late 2021, they moved all brewing to Morecambe with the Lancaster premises staying as their pub.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this dirty looking gold beer, a few cream colour bubbles never close to forming a head. Light palate, thin and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Tangy malts, a touch of milky sweetness. Tangy ripe citrus, a little marmalade. Pinch of hop spice. Airy finish. Not doing much for me, needs cleaning up I think.

Okay middle of the road IPA ... nothing terrible ... but would I order a can from this brewer again ? Probs not.

Tap @ Accidental Brewery, Lancaster. Dark hazy mahogany-red with a head. Light example of the two fruits, but its soft texture and obvious barrel-ageing make it a very worthwhile tipple.

Tap @ Accidental Brewery, Lancaster. Hazy golden with a head. Fruity with its citrus elements the most dominant of these, although its style with a pseudo-sourness is still its prime characteristic.

Keg at Brewdog in Reading. One-third pint shared with Finn. Coal black in the glass. Dotted spots from a decent fawn-coloured head. Mid-sweet and mid-dry smell of berry skins and chocolate malts. Blended taste of mid-sweet berries, earth, and chocolate malts. Mid-sweet, long tail, malt-berry twist to it. Fine depth. Like it. (19.11.2021).

Black beer, thin head. Loads of tonka in the aroma. Flavour follows suit with malt, a dash of cherry, malt, maybe a little chocolate. It's rich and smooth and I just love a tonka-y stout so this is right up my alley
