Lors de leur création, les brasseurs occupent un local dans un fond de cour, rue Saint-Patrick dans le quartier Côte-Saint-Paul, dans l'arrondissement du sud-ouest de Montréal.
Le succès rapide des bières Glutenberg oblige les Brasseurs sans gluten à déménager dans de plus grands locaux dans un complexe industriel du quartier Mercier (rue Dickson).
Elle fait partie du Groupe Glutenberg, qui sera acheté par Groupe Triani en 2022.
Le Groupe Triani a lui même été racheté en 2024 par le Groupe Prime Drink.

Can @Ulfborg. Nearly clear golden, white head. Floral sweet citrus aroma. Sweet flavour, citrusy, sweet malty, hoppy bitter finish.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical hops, citrus, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Can @ Fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 061023

Draft: Poured a golden with a whispery white head. Aroma is grainy malts. Taste is refreshing grain.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of millet, orange and floral hops. Sweet flavour of millet, corn, grapefruit, grass and herbal hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not great, but actually not bad as far as GF beers go.

Pours clear gold with a small white head. It smells of grainy malt and lemon. The flavor has mild hops bitterness and grainy malt with some lemon. It’s alright.

Pours near black with a small tan head. It smells of roast chocolate malt. The flavor is quite sweet. Roast malt, chocolate, sugar. Medium body. It’s by no means a great stout. However it’s not bad, and it’s better than some other gluten free beers I’ve had.

Cloudy gold with a huge foamy white head. Grainy, dry and yeasty with an earthy note. Long finish. Medium body.
