Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

7 2 7 3 12Draft at Troost Oost. Murky brown with a tan head. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, lychee, grain and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Fles gedeelt door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een amberkleurig tot bruin bier. Het heeft weinig schuim. Het aroma is kruidig en wat houtig. De smaak is vol kruidig en caramelachtig.

Tap at Rootz Spring festival. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, manfo, passionfruit, tropical jazz, grassy hops. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of New England IPA on 22 May 2018 at 10:19 - Score: 8

Tap at Rootz Festival. Cloudy yellow with white head. Pineapple, soft wheat, mango, papaya, light grassy and soft hop burn. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Nice.

8 3 8 4 16Draft at Rootz Pinkster Lentebierfestival ‘18. Cloudy blond with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach, citrus and lychee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at De Paas. Bit hazy darker golden with small white head. Some dank hops, lychee, soft milky notes, dusty lime, Sorachi Ace style sweaty hop socks, light sweet malts and a bit of dough. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit slick feel. OK.
