Tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruits, banana, some caramel candy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sour, citrus, wheat, banana, some flour. Decent body, wheaty finish. Overall: decent example of weizen, bit too sour maybe (think it’s intentional, as the beer feels fresh).

Tap @the brewery. Slightly unclear pale to medium golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Aroma malty, melon, grass. Light sweet and bitter, malty, bit fruity, grassy. Sweetbitter finish, light malty notes, light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonation, light-weight pilsner, bit to thin.

33cl Bottle. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of loads of bourbon, sweet vanilla and oak, some dark fruits, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, malty, fruity, lots of bourbon, alcohol, firm bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Massive improvement to the base beer.

7 3 7 3 16 Draft @ Wild West Brewfest ’17. Dark brown color, mostly clear. Beige head with good retention. Aroma’s; smoke, leather, with light sweetness retronasal. Flavor is light sweet, smoky. Light bodied. Finishes with smoke, moderate bitter. Pretty nice.

Clear deep amber colour, small frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malts, rye, caramel, light cocoa, brown sugar. Taste light heavy sweet and light bitter, roasted malts, burnt caramel, brown sugar, milk chocolate. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty and spicy notes, sugary, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, solid bok.
