Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

Draft at Anne’s Bar, The Hague. Clear amber with a big off white head. Aroma of dough, yeast, soft light fruits and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Anna’s Bar. Clear golden with white head. Some sweet malts, caramel, light herbs and grass. Quite malty with soft German hop aromas, a touch stale too. Medium sweet and just medium bitter. Medium bodied.

Draft - Orange peel and pith. Clear copper with a decent white head. Bitter and caramel with citrus and pine. Decent.

Draft - Light caramel and twig. Clearish copper with a small beige head. Twig and Carmel, much like a strong bitter.

Draft - Caramel and light woody. Otes. Clear Amber with a decent beige head. Bitter orange and caramel with a bitter dry windy finish.

Dark blond with light haze. Aroma and flavour have grapefruit and tropical fruits. Nicely bitter and full flavoured.

Dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour are quite smokey with a bit of leather and roasted malts. Very intense considering the relatively low alcohol.

Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have heavy malts. Obvious honey sweetness. Bitter finish.
