tasted blindly with Dr Beer. Pours clear honeyblonde, about 6 SRM. Small white head. Smell is white bread. mild honey. mild banana-like esthers, but not 100 % banana. Taste is bit sharp, rather bitter. Some yeastyness, mild fruity esthers. some creamyness. Some hoparomatic features as well. bit dry. Well balanced. Aftertaste builds up a modest bitterness. The hell kinda style is this ? picture shows a taphandle of ’blond ale’ name is ’lager’ and style is ’American pale ale’ Since this tastings was mostly to blindly recognize beerstyles, I really felt ratebeer wasn’t a big help here at all.... So wasn’t the beer, actually.

Bottle at home. Hazy amber with white head. Big sweet caramel malt, breadiness. Sweet with a light bitter. Medium body, sugary malty feel, soft carbonation. Very plain caramel sweetness and quite heavy breadiness, lacks complexity.
