Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a generic fruit cocktail. Flavor is again some generic fruit cocktail with a tart after taste. Thin mouthfeel. This was just ok. It's a fruity beer where none of the individual fruits stands out. First rating on the new site.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is softly spicy saison yeast with fruits, orange, hibiscus, pale malt, stone fruits, some spicy notes. Flavour is mildly tart with a little sweetness. Body is medium. I like 'em a bit more tart, that being said this is a very fine spicy and fruity Saison.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Dark, possibly clear. Tan head.
Its just a bit on the sweeter side and not as carefully (not as long) aged as the very best, from what I can tell. Still a hint of that raw sugar and more sweet cake than I'd prefer, but definitely Willett spice and intensity, to some extent, helping dry it.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Golden, deep. Hint of haze. Small, white head.
It is about as much eggnog as you can get without being eggnog. Completely nailed it. Otherwise, rich malts, good spice to balance. Tending sweet but that's on style.
Sweet and spicy. Great texture. It's the 'nog, baby!

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear blonde. Smattering of whites head.
Timid nose with authentic yeast and moderate malt (biscuit, cookie) low hopping is kind of odd. But whatever, it's clean.
Soft, malty, rich honey and good dryness and bitterness on the finish, though, as the nose, low hop flavor. Bit of herbs. Good yeast character and excellent malt depth.

I just ordered a Reuben grilled cheese. No idea what that means but I am 100000% down.

Can (no date in Packaged On box on can) pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. Virtually opaque, murky dark brown with tons of sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong pine and roasted malt, mild toffee and dark chocolate with transient citrus. Taste follows aroma without citrus; late rye spice. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Good strength, all the elements are here and enough spicy, piney bite to it. Like it.
