Capped 750 at 7.1% from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours pretty black with a decent dark tan head. Aroma is sort of milk chocolate over some smooth burnt malt. Full bodied. Frothy carb. Flavor is smooth burnt malt with sort of darkish chocolate. There is some bitter that might be coffee. This is a bit complex - beyond my power of description - it is much tastier than most of this style. Maybe it goes a bit cacao in the end. Nice drink.

First rating woot! Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is cloves and a nice spicy hop. Flavor deffinatly has some dusty barnyard going on. This is followed by a decent spice, pepper and citrus fruit. Finish is a little sour. Good saison from a local brewer.

Pour is a copper with a average white head. Aroma is a nice pine hop with a decent malty backbone. Flavor is again a strong pine resin with the malts just right. Someone in my group commented that this tastes just like pine trees. A tasty and more that adequate IPA.

Pour is a almost clear yellow with a big white head. Aroma is grain and a bit of piney hops. Flavor is a nice wheat and again a nice hoppy backbone to follow. Finish does not leave much of and after taste. Its a really hoppy wheat. Now here is a brewer that took a regular wheat ale and did something different to it. I say Bravo!
