330ml bottle from Pilango Cider Vault, London. Orange golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away leaving some lacing and aroma of juicy sweet mellow apple. Taste is juicy apple, sweet, fleshy, sugary, sumner fruity with alittle apple skin and light tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet juicy finish. Quite OK.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a small, less than single centimetre tall tan and light-brown head on top. Aroma of caramel, toffee, earth, a lot of sugars, some lactose and a ton of nut flavour near the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong spicey character up front with some light allspice, a touch of cloves and a large bit of caramel, toffee and earthier fruits and not much else near the end aside from more malt, a little bit of the nutty flavours and ending with a slightly thin raisin and malt profile. Aftertaste is deep and focused on the sugars with very little else, aside from perhaps a bit of nuttiness. Overall, a nice enough beer with a large width of flavour profile, such as the sweetness, spices and light restrained flavours near the end. A bit of depth in the malt and a touch, more pungent smoking days of someone using the smoker, but nothing in here terribly overwhelming sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Lidl [Grocery Store] on 27-January-2018 for US$10,99/twelve pack, sampled at home in Washington on 14-May-2018.

Sampled as 'Craft Explorers Salted Caramel Ale' from the same brewery, specifics as this beer. Crystal clear copper and light bronze coloured body with almost no head at all - perhaps the tiniest bit of an off-white head. Aroma of salt, caramel, pickles, funky malt, earth, biscuits and a good deal of yeast with some alcohol present. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong salty flavours at first with a good deal of malt following behind with a dry and grainy biscuity malt with a lot of yeast and salts right behind with a good balance of malt, salt and sugar noticeable towards the end. Aftertaste shows the salt and light funky malts more than anything else with a very alcohol and quite bitter finish from the malt and dry funk towards the end. Overall, a pretty sweet and funky beer that sort of tastes like it's described on the label, which in this case - isn't such a great thing. As a piece of candy, yes, but not as a beer. Sampled as 'Craft Explorers Pistachio Nut Ale', with the same ABV and beer as this, purchasd from Lidl [Grocery] in Manassas, Virginia, made at this brewery. Deep dark brown coloured body with a very thin, fraction of a cenimtetre tall off-white head that tops the beer. Aroma of earth, a ton of nuts, some light sweetness and a vanilla kick that seems quite evident. Medium-bodied; Assertive and very nutty malt flavours that show a touch of sweetness at first, then give way to a ton of pure nutty and caramelised sweet flavours towards the end with a bit of yeast and caramel near the finish and a bunch of fake nutty, like pistachio of course flavours. Aftertaste shows a lot of the sweetness, ranging from fruits and pitted sugars with a blend or balance that also shows the deep malts and refined pungent nuttiness near the end. Overall, a strong and powerful beer, especially for the alcohol contained in here - will be quite noticeable near the end. A decent beer and very interesting to try the full twelve pack of beers...I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Lidl [Grocery] in Manassas, Virginia on 12-May-2018.

Sampled as 'Craft Explorers Gingerbread Ale', sold at Lidl Grocery Stores (USA). Deep dark brown coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head with some slightly hazy tints on top. Aroma of super pungent ginger, allspice, cloves, malt, light alcohol and a touch of cardamom with canella - quite strong throughout, but nicely layered. Medium-bodied; Very strong ginger and cardamom flavours with a nice allspice and clove kick near the end with a lot of malt and alcohol noticeable towards the end with more spice than anything else, but a good dose of toasted malt and grain near the end as well. Aftertaste is definitely showing more spice than anything else with a good balance of malt near the finish and a touch of alcohol at the end, but the real ginger root and allspice flavours are definitely strong and pungent, in a good way. Overall, better than I was expecting and frankly worth trying, especially around the holiday timeframe. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, coconut, light butter. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, sweet malt, coconut !!! buttery notes. Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce can into pint glass, no can dating. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy very dark reddish brown color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger, pepper, mint, anise, dark fruit, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of nuttiness, coffee, herbal, grass, and roast/toasted earthiness. A bit fruity, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt and spice notes; with solid strength.Taste of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger, pepper, mint, anise, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of nuttiness, coffee, dark fruit, herbal, grass, and roast/toasted earthiness. Very mild herbal, spice, and roasted bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ginger, pepper, mint, anise, toasted dark/brown bread, light nuttiness/dark fruit, herbal, grass, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and spice flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and slightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a delicious spiced American porter. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and spice flavors; very smooth and easy to drink; with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very rich and complex, with a great mouthfeel for the ABV. Awesome balance between well rounded porter malts and chai spices; nothing is overwhelming at all. A very enjoyable and well made offering.

Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/velvety, and lightly sticky/tangy/chalky mouthfeel that is nice. A touch thin, but impressively smooth and silky. Zero warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is a delicious flavored sweet stout. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, dark/roast/bready malt, and vanilla flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the minimally bitter/tart finish. Captures the cake flavors really well. Nicely rich well rounded stout malt complexity, and balanced cherry/vanilla flavors. Never overly sweet or syrupy on fruit, doesn't taste too artificial either. A very enjoyable, unique, and well made offering.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Green Bay. Bought this one by accident, but at least its a new tick. Hazy pale golden, looks a little viscous. Thin foamy white head, decent retention. Aroma of vanilla, white chocolate, pale malt. The taste is caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, pale malt, mild bitter hops. Thin. Not great. Not remotely a stout, and blond stouts are a stupid idea.
