Great Taste of the Midwest, 2017. Amber color, tall head. it looks good. Simple malt flavor with a little sugar and that is about it. it might be more of a Vienna than a pale lager but it is disappointing they did not put more effort into their anniversary beer.

12oz bottle. Amber-brown body. Sweet, straightforward, sort of an artificial edge with the pistachio. Big enough to have some malt depth. Caramel, brown sugar, cheap malt tones. Not that good, but drinkable for what it is.

Hazy gold amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is minerally crisp. Smooth creamy sweet malts. Mellow pine. Mild citric peel bitterness and a touch of fresher citrus. A little more malt sweetness on the finish. Has a decent balance and it's hoppy enough to satisfy.

Hazy pinkish gold pour with a tiny white head and poor retention. No lacing. Sweet but very tart green apple flavor with minor cranberry to take the edge off. Very dry finish.
