12 Oz. bottle from a variety pack. poured an orange color with an off-white head and light lacing. Nose is pumpkin and nothing else. Light mouthfeel. Flavor is not near as strong as the nose and while still pumpkin is very bland. Dry finish There are a lot of better pumpkin flavored ales around, but this is drinkable.

For a beer from a major brewer and highly accessible, this is remarkably above-average.This truly defines "light session" beer, the kind of thing one would go after to quench one’s thirst without an insult to one’s palate. It’s obviously not going to hold a candle to anything from Europe BUT for a main stream U.S. beer, very good!

Very clear coloured orange body with a thin white head. Nice glow of ruby and copper in the appearance. Aroma of metal, raisins, yeast and some light fruits. Medium-bodied; Chunky yeast flavour at first, then showing light fruits and a touch of metal - not too much. Aftertaste is strong and relatively bitter, showing only some metal, alcohol and a touch of pit fruits. Overall, not very reminiscent of a belgian pale to me, but shows some okay flavours, then a lot of musty and bitter tastes too. Okay to try, but not really recommended and definitely not for the style! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased earlier today at Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York sampled later in the day on 04-September-2010 at my in-laws in New Paltz, New York.

Bottle - pours light golden yellow, I can barely pick up honey on the nose. I was expecting more honey in the taste. This almost tastes like an ordinary light beer. It is easy to drink, Really NOT not impressive.

An amber color with a soapy white head. The aroma contains caramel. The flavor is somewhat sweet with some citrus, caramel, and a some kind of bread flavor going on. Biggest complaint here is the thin palate but overall not bad for Blue Moon.

Bottle: Poured a light golden color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of light wheat malt with notes of orange peel and honey. Taste is also a nice mix between some wheat malt with notes of orange peel and honey. Overall this is quite bland with a limited flavour profile.

Half pint, served from tap at the Fullers pub called The Jugged Hare, Victoria. Very unclear, light gold body. Ring around the rim of the glass. Sweet banana and wheat to the nose. Sweet fruity taste. Soft in the mouth. Has got a rather vapid flavour and was far too sweet. Completely wrong choice to my salty food – a decent pint of Fullers London Pride came to my rescue (London, 16.07.2010).

Hazy milky yellow with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma with lemons, lime and wheat. Flavour had yeast, wheat, lemons and lime. Finished sweet.

Solid. Cloudy orange color. Yeast in the aroma as well as citrus and coriander. Very sweet flavor, even sweeter than standard ordinary Blue Moon. Lots of sediment near the end of the bottle. Heavy palate, too sweet really.

Enjoyed on my trip to Tennessee. Pours a clean golden-yellow colour with a decent white soapy head, average retention and minimal lacing. Wheat aroma with mild notes of citrus and other malts. Smooth watery mouthfeel that is refreshing, medium-thin body. The honey is nice and present, but not too sweet. Just right in the mix, with the wheat and citrus added (which is almost not apparent - like in the nose). An overall pretty refreshing summer ale with the mild sweetness of honey.
