Can at home. Quite clear (initially) light orange color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, decently fruity amd fruit hoppy bitter. I did not expect this to be 8% ABV. Dangerously easy to drink. Quite pleasant. 8-4-8-4-15.

Really dank on the nose, piney resin. Impressively drinkable, much cleaner in the mouth

15/I/19 - 1Pt. can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home, BB: n/a, canned: n/a, no dates on the can, sad enough - (2019-86) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the can!
Pretty Clear orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, honey, bit sweet, sugary, lavender, overripe fruit, some banana, almonds. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, alcohol, bitter, hoppy, bit resinous, floral notes, bit sweet. Aftertaste: very bitter, dry, bit grassy, floral, some marzipan, sweet malts, pretty sugary, nice beer, but not a nice ipa, this has clearly aged for too long. Yet I only bought this less than 3 months ago…

12th January 2019 Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, sweetish. Hops bring smooth pine and bitterish orange peel, slightly tangy. Bitter grapefruit as well. Touch of fresher orange on the end. Whisper of tropical fruits. Spicy bitterish linger. Possibly not the freshest bottle but there is still a big satisfying hop whack here. Certainly better than the disappointing New Hop Smell.

Can. Fresher methinks. No change in fundamental character, just more juicy and intense. Good stuff!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 2/21/2019. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, sticky/resinous/rindy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is an awesome DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish. Pretty aggressive, but not overwhelming. Great Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, CTZ, Simcoe profile. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and juicy balanced hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweet from crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and well made classic hopped style example as expected.

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo online shop, Earlsdon, Coventry and consumed at home Friday 28th December 2018 whilst cooking Home Style Lamb Curry and also a Mushroom and Pea Korma. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Wonderful zippy fruity nose, fruity in the mouth, streaky citrus, sweetness, pine resin, The citrus and Galaxy working wonders, I love this style of IPA. Brilliant beer. A8 A4 T9 P4 Ov17 4.2
