500ml bottle from Tesco. Golden with thick white head. Some wheat, but more like a lager than a weisse. Some lemon. Good cereal in mouth. Dryish finish. Nice bite. Quite refreshing.

Bottle purchased from Pivni Galerie; Prague. It is one of the nicer bottles I have seen, and fortunately it is brown. Best-by date of 7/2006. This beer has a very nice light gold/ dark yellow color. There is a large, thick white head on top and it is lasting for some time. Minimal sediment; I see no floating pieces. Aroma has light citrus and banana; lighter overall than I hoped. Flavor is good but unusual for the style. Fairly malty; some hops, and light fruit. It does become more flavorful as it warms. Sweet wheat comes out, as does more citrus and sweet malt. Let this warm a little before drinking. Significant pilsner taste in this beer, but still unmistakable as a hefeweizen. Unusually thick and heavy palate; it is almost like syrup. It might have more aroma and flavor but overall a good beer.

Hazy yellow with huge white head (Be careful when pouring) Taste and smells of a bit Citrus and of course wheat. The finish is a bit sweat and all around very pleasant! Re-rating aug 2007. from 3,5 - 3,2.... This is not even in he best category!

Golden beer. Weak aroma with malt and some banana and clove. Sweetish watery flavour dominated by malt. A little pepper in the finish.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a longlasting off-white head. Malty aroma with some hints of caramel, also some hints of yeast. Sweet malty slightly spicy flavor. Also some fruitiness. Long sweet malty finish.

Bottled, twist-off cap. Hazy, yellow-orange beer with a white head and nice carbonation. Weak, malty and fruity aroma and flavor. Quite disappointing. Way to sugar-sweet. Sweet, lightly spiced finish. Medium body. (060508)
