Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

A lot of booze, bit also nice dark fruits, more smooth and rich than the components.
Nice one!

Very boozy, dark fruits, nice candy caramel notes. Taste is along the same lines, has better body than Weller one.
Nice one, but it's definitely overrated with 4.7+

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy blonde yellow with white head. Soft lychee hops with feint grapefruit note. Understated, but blends quite nicely.

Smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with some salty licorice, hints of barrel, maple syrup, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, some oaky bourbon. Pretty good.
