Draft at The Forest, Dorridge, Solihull. Poured a clear copper colour with a big white frothy head and enough lace to curtain a small mansion. The aroma was malty but weak. The flavour was weak bitter, creamy, malty with a slightly metallic aftertaste. Itโs not a bad beer, but there are so many beers out there with more flavour these days.

Can on the train from Edinburgh - 08/12/12 cheers to Tom V for the โMehโ ! Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin off white head that retains well. Nose is pale malt, light diacetyl, touch butterscotch and caramel. Taste comprises sweet sugar, caramel, biscuit - MEH! Light in body, soft carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Pretty crap.

From a pint can. Pours a clear gold with a thick white head. Bready yeast aroma. Hints of vanilla and banana. Nice drinking ale.

Can from Asian grocery store in Bratislava. Dark golden color with medium white cascade head. Bready yeasty aroma together with malt and some fruitiness. Taste is watery almost tasteless, with light bitterness in background. Bitter without enough bitterness.

Aroma has hay , grainy malt and hints of fruits. Flavour is odd with metal, gooseberry bush and some bun dough. Feels kind of harsh belgian witbier. Too harsh, gets better towards the end of the pint though.

180ml bottle - bit of a tester this one, as I have preconceived ideas from my youth as this being the strong stuff the oldies would drink, and to be honest was always too scared to give it a go. The body is deep brown/amber, the head is a frothy ice-cream white, the nose is malty and sweet with a few notes of burnt sugar and caramel. Braving the first taste it is a bit sweet, again the malts, toffee, barley-sugar sweets, ends with a little boozy note. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky and syrupy, the end lasts, but isnโt too unpleasant. Glad it was only a small bottle, and glad I found the rarest of shops to split a 24 pack to let me buy just the one. Curiosity satisfied, I doubt Iโll ever try this again.

On tap at the Rose and Crown in Epcot. Pours yellow with a medium, foamy head. The aroma is butterscotch, earth, and resin. The flavor is mildly bitter and has a candy sweetness. The palate is light, astringent, and sticky. Overall, this is a mediocre bitter.

(300ml Bottle) Was left at home after a house party so not purchased through choice. Taste and aroma of nothing at all really so can not thing of how to describe it, I just know I never want to see/taste it again as it does nothing for me.
