500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear dark amber with a foamy creamy head. Butter, vanilla, diacetyl, nuts, raisins, toffee, basement notes, marzipan, some lemon. Malty sweetness, light dryness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry buttery sweet finish. Certainly a decent Festbier, some brewing mistakes noticeable.

500ml bottle. Clear, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Minimally toasty, mellow malty aroma, a minimally earthy touch of forest soil, mushroom, some caramel. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, hints of toffee, minimally soapy overtones. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Minimally musty, a tad sweet and simple - so-so.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

500 ml bottle. Unclear amber with a big fluffy head. DMS, butter, vanilla, caramel, some lemon zest, dark bread, even some marzipan, slightly iron. Malty sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty rustic buttery finish. This is a very interesting beer. A mixture of Oberpfalz Zoigl, Bohemian Pils and Franconian Vollbier.

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark amber with a big fluffy head. Dark sour cherries, light red wine, oak, basement notes, roasted malt, lemon zest, caramel. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness, slightly sour. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty fruity bittersweet finish. A very complex and rustic Franconian Lager.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally spicy, pale malty, minimally doughy yeasty aroma, a touch of brioche, white bread crust. Taste is minimally spicy, pale malty, slightly grassy hoppy and minimally doughy yeasty, hints of brioche, white bread crust, leafy overtones. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, rather spicy - good.

Clear golden colour, white foam. Bready, malty with lovely hoppy finish. Great Helles.
