Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/01/21. Maroon pour with a well presented crimson covering. Nose is tangy berry skins, trace of blueberry yoghurt, sweet malt notes, vanilla essence, grass. Taste comprises tangy berry fruits, cheesecake base, blueberry compote, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte berry edge. Fun enough berry sour and delivers the cheesecake flavour.

Can, I think, from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden orange and cloudy. Slightly off-white head. Nose - orange and general citrus. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied, fairly balanced on the finish. Overall - ok.

Can: Poured a deep maroon with a pink fluffy head. Aroma is blueberry, pungent fruit, funky, lactose. Taste is blueberries, tartness, lactose, berries, tangy, some acidicness in the finish.

Opaque dark brown - black beer, small pale tan head. Airy light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Somewhat tangy dark malts, some pleasant dark malt cream, trace of vanilla. A little tangy dark chocolate, pretty smooth. Integrates well enough with slightly tangy and licoricey dark fruits and smooth but strong overriding pine. A light dry finish. Fruity licorice linger. Tidy Impy.

14/11/2020. Can shared virtually at the lockdown 2.0 beer share. From Hoppily, Leigh-on-Sea. Pours almost clear, golden, with a small white head. Delivers what it promises, aroma and taste is lime, key lime pie, plus a dose of white grape Shloer. Light sweetness, medium sour. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.

440ml can sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Drunk from the can at the livery. No comment on appearance. Taste presents a balanced, super light and easy-drinking blonde with gentle hop notes and soft malt sweetness, low bitterness. Very good.

440ml can Sophies Beer Store. Hazed deep dark brown, beige head. Pleasant grainy milk chocolate nose. Medium to light bodied with nicely balanced chocolate notes, sweet lactose, great drinkability with soft creamy moments. Good stuff.

Can from Chez Sophie. Appearance - golden with a slight haze. Nice white head. Nose - tropical fruit for sure. Not sure I'd definitely know it was pineapple though. A hint of something dry and herbaceous which might be tea. Taste - pinaepple and tea,though the former is a little subdued. Palate - slight bodied, dry bitter and tangy finish. Overall - decent.

23/10/2020. Draught at the Artichoke, Norwich. Dark red with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits and berries, blueberry cheesecake. Moderate sweetness and medium sour. Moderate body, average carbonation.

440ml can, shared with Mark whilst brewing a Biscoff Belgian Christmas Dark Ale. Hazed yellow, good white head. Nice wafts of sweet saison yeast on the nose. Approaches a silky mouthfeel on the palate with a very pleasant saison yeast profile dominating with soft peppery shades. Light hop bitterness with soft fruity nuances. Really nicely rounded and refreshing. Likin what I'm tasting from Ampersand so far.
