Bottle 0,33ltr: Opaque black with an astonishing Bourbon smell, burning mouthfeel at the first zips. Taste of dark chocolate, vanilla, dutch liquorice, roasted malts and fudge. Great bitter finish.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival 2015, Gouda: Hazy light amber colored brew with an nice dry bitter taste and hints of citrus, caramel and some nicely slightly sourness.

@ Moersleutel-investors-pallooza. Pours a clear copper body with no head. Aroma's: funky, sourish. Retronasal: sour, light woody. Flavour is sour, woody. Light bodied. Still some carbonation. Woody and light bitter finish. Surprisingly nice after 10 years.

Bottle at Piggy Palooza, thanks Potje! Clear golden, almost no head. Lots of funk, cheesy, oak, sour grains, soft caramel, dry chalk.edium sour, light bitter and very light sweet. Medium bodied, low carbonation. This held up great, but it's more like unblended lambic. Nice!

Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some alcohol, some zest, mild toasted and grainy tones with some spiciness as well. Flavour is quite much following the same pattern, ending quite nicely sweetish bitter. Some slight yeasty tones too.

Apparently a 9 year old bottle, huge thanks Ryan! Very dark brown-black body, some head maybe. Coffee and figs, along with light peppers in the aroma. Coffee, caramel in the lean, dry taste, bit peppery, brown sugar, actually still holding up extremely well, raised the score a little for that, great stuff!

Swing top bottle thanks to Adamchandler. Aroma is old cheese, barnyard, cobwebs. Flavor is intensely sharp. Similar to a sour warhead. Has sharp vinegar in the finish. Really not my thing.
