On tap at bier thirty pours out s straw yellow topped with a cream head. Aroma of citra hops, lots of floral and citrus notes and some bead malt. Taste more of the floral and light bitterness on the end.

Draft @ Jupiter Sour Sunday, Jupiter, Berkeley, CA. Pours a dark brown color with no head. Has a weak roasted malty funky woody fruity bourbon aroma. Fruity malty woody tart chocolate flavor with hints of cherries. Has a slightly roasted malty woody tart bourbon finish.

Tap at the University of Beer. Pours very dark brown with a slight creamy beige head. Aroma is darkly fruity with plum notes. Full bodied. flavor is darkly plummy fruit with, I swear, clove notes. Finishes oh so quad. Just sweet - but not stickily so. Bitter and spice to balance. Brilliant ale.

Tap at Capital Beerfest 2013. Aroma has a lot of dark fruit. Med + body. Flavor is like dark fruity and cinnamon. Just a little bit sweeter than dry. Has Belgian yeast/spice aspect. Finishes almost nearly maybe dryish. Delicious and brilliant ale.

Draft. Mahogony brown beer with a dark cream head. Malt and yeast aroma with dark fruit and light roast. Sweet malt and light toffee flavor with dark fruit and light roast. Medium bodied. Dark fruit and yeast linger with light toffee and sweet malt.

Brought back from Vegas by Lilihel. Pours a clean dark amber colour with an off-white head, good retention and thick lacing. Wow ! What a beautiful nose. Maybe because I am a big basil fan. Yes, basil smell with a little sweetness from the honey in the background. Hints of alcohol and ginger. The taste is not as sweet as expected with the organic malt forefront. Then, some lightly rusty hop. Can’t say I am a fan of the flavours though. Great original aromas and style !!
