Bottle pour at River Road Tavern after work.
Mostly clear deep gold color with a decent sized white head that persists. Crisp clean bready crackery maltiness with bits of earth and floral and fruitiness to counter. Nice brew.

Draft at Ashland Ale House. Damn this hit the spot and everyone who tired also loved in my party. Gold pour and some white head. Nose is fresh florals and crackery. Yates of hay, grass, florals, some tropical fruits and fresh herbs. Just delicious. Crisp palate. Great spring time brew.

Poured from a bottle dated 2/24/26 into a becher pint
A golden straw color, translucent with a slight haze, two fingers of dense white frothy head the just sticks around. Leaves plenty of tight sticky lacing
Aroma of grapefruit juice, and pith, sweet orange, some peach notes coming in before leading into some dank resinous pine.
The taste mirrors the aroma for the most part, clean malts lay way for a display of citrus forward hops, moving into some dank pine and hunting at tropical notes without getting real pushy. I do pick up the peach again in there
Leans toward a lighter body, soft enough carbonation makes this one like drinking a cloud. Bitterness builds with every drink, starts with a noticable bitterness but by the end of the glass it is a palate wrecker. Finishes on the dry and bitter side. Super sessionable at 7%
Overall an awesome IPA, a staple IPA in the North East and a fine showcase for MBC. If this was the only beer I ever drank I'd be grateful of it.

Bottle to English pint glass.
Appearance: semi-bright yellow to copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: bright mixed citrusy to piney to lemony to orange-rind to subtle mango-like hoppy tones; clean crackery/biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes smooth through mixed citrusy to piney and lemony hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness and a subtle nip of hop spice but that didn't bother me
Overall: what a nice AIPA I would have again.

Bottle to English pint glass.
Appearance: copper in color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: melon to lemon to grapefruity to piney hops; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes grapefruity & piney with a little bit of zing and a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but some zingy toned hops seem to clamp down into the tongue a little bit.
Overall: hmmmm...I had this within their 90 day window MBC says to have their beers so I do wonder about some of that "little" bit of hop harshness on the tongue.

Poured into an English pint glass.
Appearance: semi-cloudy yellow color with a three finger white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, piney hop oils, sweet onion hop tones, grassy hop oils; light clean crackery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes hop oily with piney-toned to oniony and sweet grassy spice
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also a little bit oily along the tongue
Overall: nice enough AIPA I believe I "might" come back to.

Bottle to stange.
Appearance: copper in color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white frothy head which settled off at a nice pace
Aroma: floral, lemony, subtle sweet apple, mineral water and sweet grains
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to semi-bittersweet vibe; finishes crisp with some floral to sweet grains and subtle lemony underneath
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, and good smoothness
Overall: I say it works as a Kolsch and would come back to.
