About
Spearheading the barrel-ageing movement from Scotland, The Original bourbon barrel-aged beer is the one that started Innis & Gunn when Master Brewer Dougal Gunn Sharp founded the brewery in 2003.
Innis & Gunn was contract brewed in Glasgow at Tennent's Wellpark Brewery since 2014. On 15 November 2018 Tennent's announced the brewing contract will be terminated with effect from September 2020. Innis & Gunn responded the following day by saying they plan on opening their own brewery.
The Innis & Gunn Brewery in Perth is our home for innovation and barrel-ageing. With plans to build a new large scale brewery in our hometown of Edinburgh, it will be the first new large brewery to be built in the capital in 150 years.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark reddish brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, toffee, roastes hazelnuts, blackcurrants, ground coffee, vanilla, and cream. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter, and faint acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of caramel, toffee, coffee, blackcurrant, port wine, vanilla, chocolate, cream, and hints of sweet liquorice.

Wiec mozna sobie wyobrazic ten aromat:) Piana jasno bezowa nie za trwala, ale nie o to tu w tym smogu dymu chodzi. Barwa klarowna przejrzyste wyglada jak dobre czerwone wino w kieliszku. Brazowe odcienie. W smaku spalona szynka na patelni, bez oleju, zalana tofii i nieco mon cheri. Alko tylko 7 z kawalkiem wiec dymu nie przeskoczy w odczuciu.
