Description
Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

Pale, opaque. Not much head. The aroma has some fruity notes. On the palate, it's better than the aroma, just a touch of hop burn, mild malt, and some pear/gooseberry sort of character from the nelson, and some grapefruit bitterness in the finish, along with a hit of alcohol.

16oz (thx, Chris S.) @ SF shared with Josh and Phill.
Aroma: juicy, tropical fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, very bitter, though. Also, it seems like it has a dump of lupulin powder.
Overall: not for me.

Very opaque, and pale yellow. Looks like the inside of the banana. The aroma is kind of that hop burn sort of thing, with a little bit of fresh kiwi fruit. A bit of hop burn, but it's not bad. Sort of a thick body, good bitterness.

Opaque. The head has a nice bit of bubbles. The aroma is grapefruit, gooseberry, a bit of hop burn. On the palate, a bit soft, some hop burn, low bitterness. Not bad for a hazy pale.

On tap, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. Boozy and oaked, too boozy I think, with flavors of caramel, toffee and some dark dried fruit. Still, sure not bad. 646413 251107

On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A super-juicy, piney TIPA, not too alcoholic like they often are. Gentle bitterness, more or less dealing with the sweetness. Sure a delicious one. 848416 251107
