75cl bottle @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26. Looks the part. Smells the part. Wow.. a lot has gone into making and blending this and you can tell, so much finesse, so much balance, grips the tongue well, wondrous fruity flourishes.. without ever getting imposing or off balance. Excellent. Beer of the tasting for me.

Bottle shared at Anti-Carnavalstasting 2026. Dark orange to red color, small white to light pinkish colored head. Aroma and flavor are super balanced, super soft, super fruity mixed fruit but so well balanced. I'm definitely impressed. Awesome. Best of the tasting so far.

Léger pourpre, col fin blanc-cassé rosâtre.
Bière hybride plaisante avec un apport délicat de cidre tout en ayant une base plus funk de lambic. Le fruité de la cerise reste aussi là - j'attendais un peu plus de la rhubarbe tant au nez que en bouche notamment en terme d'acidité fraîche et de ce côté terreux qu'elle procure en général - cela est présent mais arrive trop sur la fin.
Vu le prix demandé, le score est en accord.

Léger dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme est frais assez fruité et floral et qcq agrumes avec l'apport du raisin - cela reprend un léger bouquet de mirabelle en rétro-nasal tout en ayant le côté plus funk du lambic.
Palais sur une base hybride - vin lambic avec ici un cépage de Scheurebe allemand - je retrouve un léger apport plus doux de mirabelle en support - léger funk, honeydew, raisin - assez floral sur la fin - pas mauvais sans pour cela en justifier un prix prohibitif de passé 40€.

From bottle at Wild Festival 2025. Quite fruity, red berries, cherry, suggestion of peach. Raspberries. Puckering sour, dry. Nice.

Hapu, puuviljane, tsitrus, sidrun, kuiv. Ok.
