Grunt fill from Albertsons. Dark amber pour, small creamy head, lots of lacing. Aroma is nice rich blend of hops and malts, while taste features a much richer malt base. Caramel and toffee, nice hop bite at the finish. Much better than expected.

Botella 33 cl en cimmeria 01..02..2017. Gracias Cimmeria!!!. sin Fcpref legible. (r473). Porter suave con toques herbaceos acaramelados y maltosos con ligeros alcohólicos secos y algunas especias ademas de ligeros cacaos. Fresca ligera y con algun que otro ahumado y quemado al calentar. No está mal. Para repetir.

Bottle, can’t see a date. Amber with an off white head that’s soon a coat but laces OK. Aroma of kumquats, grapes, toast, some overripe tropical fruit. 6+ Sweet with caramel, peach, tropical fruit, citrus. Not very vibrant but pleasant enough. Resin and bitterness creep up. Another Mad River beer where it feels like they’ve chosen to make a harmonious beer rather than try to be on the bleeding edge. Fair enough.

355ml bottle into shaker. Sweet malt nose, cloudy red/orange beer with high carbonation and a creamy white head. Medium body, slight fruit taste. Finish is interesting. Starts astringent, becomes more floral and fruity. Eventually ends up dry with distinct tea overtones. Quite nice and light.
