Draft. A- Chocolate, booze. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Chocolate, faint vanilla, creamer, mild coffee. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of chocolate and vanilla. The barrel influence is strong on this one but a lot of sweetness too. Pretty solid, very decadent.

Draft. A- Honey, straw, grains. A- Gold color, clear liquiid, white head. T- Honey, white pepper, straw, spice. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nice and balanced. Honey is minimal. Solid saison that isn't overly spiced up like so many American breweries seem to do.

Draft. A- Bread and butter pickles. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Mild dill, pickles. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not too vinegary or too sour. A well balanced and dare I say on the light side. Good stuff.

Draft. A- Faint smoke, umami. A- Bronze color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Umami, mild ham, faint smoke, malt. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A balanced smoke flavor. This is crushable as far as rauchbiers go. A little light for me but many would enjoy this. All in all a very solid beer.

12oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour with a one finger creamy head. Hoppy, dank, citrus aroma with a hint of ABV. Dank hops in the taste, light tropical fruit, toffee. Thick, full. Warming at the finish. Hoppy without overt bitterness.

12oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is coffee chocolate bourbon barrel kick. Taste is more of the nice coffee roast malts some chocolate and that bourbon barrel.

Bottle at share. Black pour with a thin beige head. Roasty aroma, light coffee, chocolate, boozy. Taste is mildly sweet and roasty, chocolate, coffee, vanilla makes an appearance, barrel notes. Creamy feel.

(Thanks, Jim! ozzy70) Can. A- Cocoa, faint vanilla. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, minimal head. T- Cocoa, subtle vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- Good concept but definitely didn't get any strawberry or really much vanilla. Kinda dry and one-dimensional. Little sweetness.
