Keg at Crescent Moon, 1/20/24. Omaha trip #24. New brewery! Brewery # 2256, USA # 1852, Nebraska # 13. Hazy yellow, large off-white head, average retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, melon, pale malt. Taste is melon, mango, pineapple, pale malt. Solid.

Can, from Jow, best by 11/7/24, drunk 11/16/24. Lightly hazy, deep brass-golden. Small, off-white head. Nose is bright grapefruit without any pithy-chalk, sweat or piney resin/punch. There's a bit of papery hop tannin dullness, though. Clean. Lightly juicy, lightly tropical, more bright citrus and lingering perfume and potpourri. All nicely-supported by a deep, fairly-well-attenuated maltiness. Very clean with great bitterness to refresh the finish. Pretty impressed with Zip Line so far!

Can from Jow, best by 1/14/2025, drunk 11/13/24. Rich, intense copper. Semi-viscous with high clarity and a dark beige head that is large and slowly recedes to cover. Rich tofffee, caramel, melanoidins and good acidity with red fruits and low hopping. Yeast signature provides crispness on the finish. Clean and highly aromatic. Fruity yeast with a touch of chocolate and hazelnut as they say, with red fruits galore and a sumptuous malt depth that is properly dry on the finish alongside appropriate acidity from malt, hops and yeast. Excellent execution, balance, flavor, cleanliness. Quite impressed by my first Zip Line beer.

Can/Fest. A- Grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Not sure who should be more ashamed of this beer. Zipline or Nebraska. Nebraska is known for mediocrity. Zipline can do better.

Can purchased in Seneca, Kansas. Pours lightly hazed yellow with an off-white head. Flavor and aroma are strong citrus and slight dank. Moderate low bitterness. Canned now at 8% so a DIPA these days.

Draft. A- Dark chocolate, bourbon, red wine. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Red wine, bourbon, dark chocolate fudge, subtle oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- This was a treat and exceptionally made. Reminds be of Smuttynose the Stallion. I wish I would've had more time to order another pour of this and hope I can find it in a bomber. Really tasty stuff and the cabernet barrels give it a nice tannic and dry palate while the bourbon adds a more general boozy and oak flavor. Yum.

Bottle. A- Rye, juniper berry, thyme, floral. A- Copper color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Rye, pine, faint lavender, thyme, malt. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Lots of nice floral spices. Of course a lot of rye and nicely put together. Would like to linger a bit longer with this one. I bet it changes immensely as it warms.

Draft. A- Grains. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Corn, grassy, slightly bitter. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Crisp and drinkable and a touch dry. A lingering bitterness that I didn't love but well made.
