Can/Fest. A- Malty, nutty, caramel, chocolate cake. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cocoa, nutty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- This was called a white stout. Don't get the coffee or vanilla. In fact, I had to email the brewer to even learn about it because it's not even on Untappd. This is a first!

Bottle from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a dark rusty/tan head that quickly fizzed away. Aroma of cinnamon, chilies, bourbon, chocolate and more. Full bodied. Flavor is cinnamon, chilies, burnt malt, chocolate, bourbon/vanilla... There are lots of things in the flavor! Not dry. Not sticky. Heat and burnt malt stand in for bitter. Chilies all the way to the finish - but not killingly so. Overall, smooth, and tastily persistent.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall pure white head that leaves a large white head on the sides of the glass - very nice and pale coloured, especially for the style. Aroma of dry grain, perfume, grass, wheat with a light dose of alcohol and caster sugar with a hint of flowers and some yeast as well, but very mild for the style. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very dry hop notes dominate up front with a big kick of hay, flowers and perfumey hops with a light dose of alpha acids and associated bitterness and a soft sugar sweetness at the end that gives a nice balance and depth, with a relatively easy-drinking profile, especially for the style. Aftertaste is crisp, dry and very floral with a big kick from the hops with a very mild malt profile but a soft sweetness and light complexity, but goes down fairly easily. Overall, a nice beer to sample, especially super fresh and well worth trying to find and sample as soon as you get it! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Russ's Market in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in [downtown] Omaha, Nebraska on 26-August-2021.

Super pale hazy golden coloured body with almost a ghostly white glow and a nice, thinnish, one or two centimetre tall pure white head that does leave a nice lace on the side of the glass. Aroma of pale malt, light grassy and slightly citrusey hops with a kick of aspartame or fake sugars along with a light wheatie and yeastie bite, some bready and dough notes and a crisp, almost belgian/saison like note towards the end of the nose - nice. Light-bodied; Very crisp and dry yeast notes show through everything with a slightly belgian vibe and a dash of bubble gum along with some cooling coriander seed and some wheats noticeable which makes this seem more of a hoppy witbier at first, but some more malt gets called out and then the citrusey and very grassy hops end this nicely. Aftertaste shows some dry notes of course, but a good balance of sweet, malty and especially hop notes, while keeping a low profile and being easy-drinking is what defines the palate here. Overall, a nice and enjoyable lighter unfiltered, hazy pale, which in my head is more of a Light IPA than a 'New England' IPA for sure, but who knows how this is classified this way. A good beer and well-recommended during the heat here in Nebraska in the summer! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased yesterday at Hy-Vee in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled a day later in my hotel room here in [downtown] Lincoln, Nebraska on 25-August-2021.

Barley malt. lemon, and grass/hay aroma. Pale yellow with large white head. Lightly sweet lemon, creamy barley malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. An excellent lo-cal session beer - infinitely better than the macro lights.
