Bottle. Pours lightly hazy orange, medium white head dissipates leaving some residual and good lacing. Aroma is dusty, Brett, musty basement, grass and pepper. Flavor is very light sweet, hint of lemon zest, field grass, light Brett funk, very light tartness. Light body overall. Pleasant and easy to drink; surprised that this one is coming in at 7%

Cloudy orange-ish yellow beer. Smallish fizzy white head, fades to a thin layer of bubbles after a minute or so. The aroma is big on apricot and fresh plum. Light rye spice on top of a simple but sorta doughy malt sweetness. Moderate lacto presence. Some lemon and a touch of lime. Taste has mild to moderate sourness. Nice fresh grain flavor with more rye presence than comes across in the aroma. Mostly lacto sourness. Apricot pits and juice with lemons and light sour grapes. Lots of good stuff. Light, fruity funk. Nice bright sour saison flavors. Reminds me of a strong Bernice. Medium body. Mild pucker. Very solid beer.
