The beer is a pale yellow color, a bit milky. Opaque. No head. The aroma has a nice bright peach note. There’s a sort of mineral character to it, an almost briny flavor to the fruit. Light funk note. Taste has moderate acidity. It’s not too assertive but the peach flavor still isn’t super strong and can’t quite beat out that acid. Mild lacto character beyond the acidity. Light body. Nice stuff.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is somewhat acidic with some light citrus and pineapple notes. A touch of sulfur and some light grain character. Light oak with moderate peach aromas. Any hints of sulfur quickly blow off. Pours a pale, hazy, straw yellow with a small, thin white head that recedes immediately to the edges and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a medium light to medium acidity with light citrus notes, a medium light sweetness and a bit of grain. Moderately strong peach notes with some faint citrus and hints of pineapple. Light oak notes. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but the peach struggles to show through. I like it though as it?s a delicate beer with nice complexity. A little bit more peach and maybe a touch less acidity and this would be banging.

Bottle: Poured a golden color le with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing Aroma of tart notes with some lemony and Brett notes. Taste is a weird mix of Brett funky flavours with some tart notes and light mineral flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. I did not particularly enjoy the funky Brett notes from this beer and the overall balance wasn’t stellar.
Peach nose. Peach bomb taste. All about the peach. I like the peach...

Bottle courtesy of Scarl. Pours hazy deep yellow with no head worth mentioning. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemon, fresh peaches, hay and lemon zest. Taste is sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, flat, round, dry, tart, tiny oily and medium bodied. Finish is sour with tons of peaches. Bit one note but very tasty if you don’t mind it being just peaches.
