Clear blond body. White head. Watery looks. Weak aroma. Lightly sweet flavour. Not really bad, just very flat flavour.

Sampled @ RBBWG Antwerpen. Courtesy of Martinus. Clear yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, grains, hay, slightly bitter. Uninteresting, but hey, it’s a country tick!

1 littre bottle sampled @ RBWG 2012 – thx to Martinus – clear golden with a small head – smell is adjuncts, cornflakes, hay, skunky – taste is same with hay & grass – not particularly good but can’t say that I expected much from a pilsner from Suriname besides I have had worse or equally disastrous, some people spend their whole lives drinking stuff like this

65 cl bottle @ RBBWG 2012, Antwerpen courtesy of Martinus. Behold the power of Djogo beer .... couleur dorée claire, col blanc épais. Retrouve toutes les caractéristiques d’une pils, reste assez douce laissant penser à du maïs, en cela pas mauvaise, mais banale. On y retrouve donc un houblon et malt typique, le tout sur une pointe d’amertume.

Little white head, clear golden beer. Straw, old grains, grainsilos, some maltiness. Sweet pale malts, dusty again, old cornflakes, hay. Light bodied, sleazy. Oh, well with icecubes under the Paramaribo hot rain... who knows? There’s worse around.

14/I/2012 1L bottle @ RBBWG 2012 - BB: 30/VII/11 (2012-28) Thanks to Martinus for bringing the bottle!

Clear blond beer, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet corn, some pain, nasty yeast (reminded me of the smell of an old starch factory in Aalst, when I was a kid). MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: some corn, sweet malts, no hops whatsoever. Aftertaste: slim to none, touch of grains if you want.

50cl Can from AH,as Faja Lobi Parbo Bier, doesn’t say where it’s been brewed, but I’m not surprised it’s a Belgian lager (sorry Belgians, I just don’t like your lagers).. Clear pale golden colour, aroma of swamp, skunky hops, grain. Flavour is sweet, vegetables, grain, light sour malts, watery metallic finish with a CO2 tingle. Light bodied. Not very good.

33cl Bottle from a toko near Kinkermarkt. Thought it would be appropriate drinking this now considering the current tropical temperatures in Holland. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, rice, light flowery hops. Flavour is sweet, light malty, pale malts, rice, light flowery hoppy bitter finish. Almost no aftertaste, fades quickly. Light bodied. Perfect thirstquencher, don’t let it warm up.
