Cask at SRAF 2011. Pours hazy lemon yellow, thin white head. Big lemongrass aromas, some fresh coriander. Light ginger on the taste, well judged as it can overwhelm. Another interesting tinpot beer.

Cask at SRAF 2011. Hazy pink pour, big bubbles of head. Aromas of, as you;d expect, fresh beetroot and black pepper. I’d expected cooked beetroot to be honest, so was glad it smelt of the fresh stuff. Beetroot taste, light spice. Pepper builds. Nice experiment.

Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Light sulpur, nothing serious. Fresj grapefruit, mild passion fruit and mango. Light finish with orange and lemon citrus. Decent, shame about the mild sulphur.

Pigs Ear. Clear deep.red - brown beer. No real head. Light palate with next to no carbonation. Dark fruits with an appley vibe. Semi dry finish. Lame!

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2013. It pours near black with minimal head. The nose is earthy, roast, toast, dark fruit and a touch cocoa. The taste is smooth, tangy dark fruits, light roast and mild acidity, with a dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Not much to it really, but drinkable enough.
