The aroma consists of bourbon, chocolate, malt and fruit. Full-bodied with an oaky bourbon character and flavors of vanilla, chocolate fudge, caramel malt and spiced fruit. The finish is oaky vanilla and bourbon. Very good overall.

Aroma of bourbon, malt, dark chocolate and oak. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roast malt, bittersweet chocolate and dark fruit. The finish is oaky with a malt and chocolate liqueur aftertaste. Very good all around.

Aroma of malt, dark fruit, oak and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky rye whiskey, chocolate malt, fig and tobacco. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Very good all around.

Thanks fonefan! (Pools of Reflection (Batch 2)). Close to black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, some sweet malts, mild coffee with some plummy and dried fruity tones to it. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, coffee, vanilla, mild alcohol with some toffee, sweetness and mild fudgey tones. Almost stouty.

Tap at the new tasting room. Pours clear mahogany, small tan head, hint of lacing. Aroma is rich vanilla, bourbon, cacao, werthers. Flavor is full sweet, light plus bitter. A bit hot. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Solid beverage. Not sure why it's not getting the love!

Bottle at share. Mahogany pour, thin layer of off-white foam. Aroma of maple, malty, sweet. Taste is malty and sweet with a hefty dose of maple syrup. A little boozy in the nose, but plenty of heat in the sip.
