Tap at SARA Water Street for the reopening. Pours opaque black, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is cocoa, deep roasted malt, vanilla, hint of marshmallows, bourbon, oak. Flavor is pretty sweet, light bitter. Really well integrated. Reminds me of DB parabola, but less hot. Medium body, low carbonation. 4,9,10,4,18

500ml bottle at share. Dark brown body, bubbly head. Rich aroma of caramel and toffe, brown sugar and some boozy bourbon notes. Taste is sweet adding notes of vanilla to the burnt sugar flavors, through in some raisins and you have it. Nice!
Caramelly, dry, bit thin
