330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5.8%. Clear deep golden colour, large white head. Aroma of fruity NZ hops, notes of crushed white grapes and crushed gooseberries, also citrus and tropical fruits. The flavour is fairly bitter throughout, more bitter than fruity (nearly medicinal), medium dry, with an insufficient malty backbone.

A golden orange ipa with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light tropical fruits, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Full Moon, Patong, Thailand.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate and coffee, Belgian chocolate, a cautious touch of raosted nuts. Taste is slightly dry, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, subtle sweetness, notes of belgian chocolate, dark chocolate, some coffee, a touch of caramel and toasted nuts, fruity hoppy hints of orange and mandarine.

Bottle: Surely black, medium-sized and slowly collapsing tanned head with a good lace, moderate dry bitter toasty/roasty nose with distinctive traces of chocolate and dried berries; solid bitter taste with a light residual sweetness, medium to full bodied, silky MF; lingering robust bitter-sweet finish with roasted malt, vanilla and distinctive chocolatey spots. Well, well, well...

On tap at Lula's on the waterfront in Auckland. Golden amber with a creamy head; citrus aroma, with a sweet malty body and a herbal bitterness. WEnt down nicely with fish and chips.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and fruity, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, hints of kiwi fruit, white grapes, a touch of kumquat. Taste is caramel malty and moderately bitter, fruity hoppy, hints of kiwi fruit, white grapes, a touch of kumquat, grassy undertones; carbonation induced, refreshing, bitter hoppy finish. Very harmonious, homogeneous, and highly drinkable.

50cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange fruits, resins, reddish bitter malt. Taste of resinous bitter hops, red malt, caramel, grapefruits, pine, long bitter finish.
